আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান গ্রাহকদের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকে। এক্সচেঞ্জের ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য হবে:
- সময়সীমা: পণ্য গ্রহণের তারিখ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৭ (সাত) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জের আবেদন করতে হবে।
- অবস্থা: পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত, পরিষ্কার এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ থাকতে হবে।
- প্রমাণপত্র: ক্রয়ের রশিদ/চালান ব্যতীত কোনো এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
- যোগ্যতা: কেবলমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য প্রাপ্ত হলে এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- অযোগ্য পণ্য: অফার, ডিসকাউন্ট বা বিশেষ প্রোমোশনে কেনা পণ্য, ব্যবহার করা পণ্য অথবা ইচ্ছাকৃত ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জযোগ্য নয়।
- স্টক নির্ভরতা: এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্পূর্ণভাবে পণ্যের স্টক প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল।
- চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত: এক্সচেঞ্জ সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে কোম্পানির সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
Exchange Policy
We highly value customer satisfaction. For product exchanges, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 (seven) business days from the date of purchase/delivery.
- Condition: The product must be unused, intact, clean, and returned in its original packaging.
